P Type Crusher

Application

The P-type crusher is a device developed for the treatment of solid substances  mixed in the sewers. This machine can crush the solid objects such as cloth pieces,  wood chips, empty bottles and cans mixed in the sewer to prevent the blockage of the  sewer water treatment equipment and ensure the normal operation of the sewer water  treatment equipment.

Applicable scope

1. It is installed in front of the sewer pump to crush solids;

2. After being installed on the trash rack, the flotation of the flotsam picked up  from the water is broken;

3. Before being installed in the incinerator, the  recycled sewage treatment waste is shredded to a size that  is convenient for transportation;

4. Installed in the sewage treatment pipeline to crush  the solids mixed in the sludge;

5. Breaking of recycled empty cans, batteries,  plastics, etc.

Structure:

As shown in Figure 1, the machine is mainly composed of driving parts, active  shaft, driven shaft, milling cutter, mechanical seal, shell, etc. The driving parts drive the  active shaft to rotate, while the active shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate through the  precision gear, so that the milling cutter fixed on the two axes is in reverse rotation, and  the solid object is squeezed and broken.
