ZBGN Peripheral Drive Bridge Mud Scraper

Application

It is used in the circular settling tank of the sewage treatment plant, scraping the  sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the sludge collecting pit at the bottom of the  tank and skimming the scum on the surface of the tank to the slag collecting bucket for  further treatment

Features

1. It adopts a new hinged support structure which makes the mud scraper better, reducing the  operating power and operating costs.

2. It has good safety, when encountering large obstacles, the scraper will automatically let the  rake, equipped with a torque protection device, with higher safety performance.

3. The drive device is optimized and designed with high efficiency. Shaft-mounted reducer can  be used, no coupling is required, and the structure is compact.

4. The scraper curve adopts logarithmic spiral type, and the scraping effect is good.

Construction and working process:

ZBGN series mud scraper as shown in Figure 1~2 consists of main beam, central support and  collector, drive device, mud scraper, slag skimming device, diversion tube, slag discharge  bucket and control cabinet.

Under the push of the drive device, the main beam rotates around the central axis of the pool,  and the scraper fixed on the scraper arm collects the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool  to the mud pit in the center of the pool. The scraper curve is log-screw type, with uniform force  and thorough scraping. When the bottom of the pool meets obstacles, it can automatically make  the rake and protect the machine from damage. The drive device can be equipped with  overtorsion protection device, working safer.

Electric control

The start, stop and run time of the equipment can be set according to the user needs, with PLC  interface.

Order instructions:

1. When the slag skimming device, outlet weir board, slag baffle and outlet tank need, please  indicate;

2. Note the requirements of equipment material, corrosion prevention, motor and reducer;

3. When ordering, please provide the civil construction process drawing of the pool and  indicate the detailed size.
